1. Intellectual Property:
– All content (text, images, logos, designs) on our website is the property of Sleepy Koala. No part may be copied or reused without written consent.
2. Orders & Payment:
– All orders are subject to product availability.
– Full payment must be made upon order confirmation unless otherwise agreed.
– We accept cash, bank transfers, or card payments based on agreement.
3. Warranty:
– The warranty covers manufacturing defects related to the internal foam or structural issues.
– It does not cover external fabric damage, stains, or user-caused wear and tear.
– The warranty is non-transferable and only valid for the original purchaser and Original receipt must be presented
– transportation fees apply even during the warranty period for any return or exchange requests.
The delivery charges may vary depending on the emirate of the customer and Original receipt must be presented.
4. Trial Period:
– We offer a 7-night trial on mattresses only.
– After this period, returns are only accepted for internal manufacturing defects.

-Transportation fees applicable if mattress is not retured in the original packaging and wrapped in the original condition received.
-please allow 2-3 business days for mattress and pillow inspection, return amount will then be issued

6. Acceptable Use:
– You may not misuse our website or products in a way that could harm, disable, or impair their intended use or functionality.
7. Limitation of Liability:
– Sleepy Koala is not liable for any damages resulting from misuse or modification of the product.
– Our mattresses and pillows may not suit all health conditions — please consult a medical professional if unsure.

– We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal data will never be shared with third parties without your consent.
9. Governing Law:
– These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
