We believe that restful sleep begins with the right support, which is why we provide a clear and flexible return and exchange policy.
Mattresses:
– You can try the mattress for 7 nights. If it doesn’t suit you in terms of comfort, you may request a return or exchange within the trial period.
– After 7 nights, returns or exchanges are only accepted in case of a manufacturing defect.
– The mattress must be in good condition — clean, undamaged, and free from stains.
– The original invoice must be presented to complete the return or exchange process.
– A return fee applied to cover transportation or sanitation costs if necessary.
Pillows:
– Pillows can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase.
– For hygiene reasons, they must be unused and in their original sealed packaging.
Important Notes:
– We are not responsible for any damage to the mattress cover or external fabric.
– The warranty covers internal foam defects or manufacturing faults only.
– Custom-made products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in case of a manufacturing defect.
– If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will handle the return or exchange free of charge.
